the beautiful king room burj khalifa view was great with its spacious layout. i woke each morning to a fine view of the iconic tower.. it reminded me of a dream. the breakfast spread at dunes café was extensive. the valet parking was prompt and courteous.
the check-in process was a bit slow, and i had to wait longer than expected after a long trip.

the hotel location is good since it is close to the financial center metro station. reaching the dubai mall only takes one stop. plenty of eateries like starbucks are nearby and i noticed they operate 24 hours. the gym had the equipment i needed and i found an indoor squash court next to the pool area.
during my stay, staff attitude upon arrival was poor and the receptionist seemed unfriendly. the room cleanliness was below what i expected for this type hotel. i was surprised that there was no coffee machine available inside room.

I appreciated my stay. The room had a amazing view of the Burj Khalifa right from the window. Staff members were cute and always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms was really good, offering a really comfortable environment to relax in.
The waiting time for a taxi outside the hotel during peak hours could sometimes be a little longer than expected.

the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i noticed infused water and fresh fruit were available. the pool area had about twenty loungers and a shaded section, so there was usually space to relax.
the hot water in the shower could have been a bit hotter!
